Cancellations & Refunds (Excluding processing fee)

Guest Cancellations

• Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event date

• 50% refund if canceled 5–6 days before the event date

• No refund for cancellations made fewer than 5 days before the event

• Refund requests must be submitted to hello@mommahouse.com

Event Cancellations by Momma House

• If Momma House cancels an event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund

• We will notify guests as soon as possible via the email address used at booking

• Momma House is not responsible for additional costs incurred by guests (travel, lodging, etc.) due to event cancellation
