Event Policy 

A legal disclaimer

Because Momma House is a pop-up dining experience, not a retail or e-commerce business — a traditional return policy does not apply. Instead, this Event Policy outlines everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and what to expect as a guest.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Cancellation Timing  |   Refund (Excluding processing fee)

7+ days before event  |  Full refund (100%)

5–6 days before event  |  Partial refund (50%)

Fewer than 5 days before event  |  No refund

Event canceled by Momma House  |  Full refund (100%)

All refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@mommahouse.com. Please include your name, event date, and order confirmation number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Event Changes & Rescheduling

• Momma House may adjust event details (venue, menu, time) due to unforeseen circumstances

• Guests will be notified of any material changes via email

• If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to the new date or request a full refund

What's Included in Your Ticket

Each Momma House event ticket includes:

• A multi-course Southern fusion dining experience as described in the event listing

• Non-alcoholic beverages (specific offerings vary by event)

• The full Momma House atmosphere — music, décor, and intentional hospitality

Alcoholic beverages, gratuity, and any add-on experiences are not included unless explicitly stated in the event description.

Arrival & Late Policy

• Guests should arrive at the time specified on their ticket confirmation

• Seating begins promptly; late arrivals may miss courses already served

• No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds
