Momma House Text Message Program
By opting in to the Momma House Marketing Text Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing SMS or MMS messages at the mobile number you provided.
Marketing messages may include upcoming dining-experience announcements, ticket-sale launches, early-access opportunities, cookbook promotions, limited-ticket promotions, and occasional special offers.
This marketing program does not include reservation confirmations, purchase confirmations, schedule changes, venue changes, customer-service messages, or other transactional or informational communications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, or attending a Momma House event.
How to Opt In
You may enroll by:
• Entering your mobile phone number on our dedicated marketing SMS signup page at mommahouse.com/text-club and checking the separate marketing SMS consent checkbox
• Texting the keyword EVENTS to (305) 748-6555 after reviewing the published SMS program disclosure
Providing a phone number during a purchase, reservation, or customer-service request does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any Momma House text message to unsubscribe.
You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.
You will not receive additional marketing messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers, including Twilio, only as necessary to operate and deliver the Momma House text messaging program.

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or service availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
