Welcome to Momma House. By accessing our website, purchasing event tickets, or attending a Momma House dining experience, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About Momma House

Momma House is a Southern fusion pop-up dining experience operated under LeCounte Designs LLC. We host ticketed dining events at varying venues. Momma House is not a restaurant and does not operate a permanent dining location.

​

Event Tickets & Reservations

• All event tickets must be purchased in advance through our website or designated ticketing platform

• Ticket prices are listed per person and include the dining experience as described for each event

• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

• A valid ticket or reservation confirmation is required for entry

• Momma House reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per person

Cancellations & Refunds

Guest Cancellations

• Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event date

• 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the event date

• No refund for cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the event

• Refund requests must be submitted to hello@mommahouse.com

Event Cancellations by Momma House

• If Momma House cancels an event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund

• We will notify guests as soon as possible via the email address used at booking

• Momma House is not responsible for additional costs incurred by guests (travel, lodging, etc.) due to event cancellation

Dietary Needs & Allergies

We take dietary restrictions seriously. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary needs when booking your ticket. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, our pop-up kitchen environments may involve shared preparation spaces.

Guests with severe allergies should contact us directly at hello@mommahouse.com to discuss accommodations before purchasing tickets.

 

Momma House cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. By attending, you acknowledge this and assume

responsibility for communicating your needs and making informed decisions about what you consume.

Guest Conduct

Momma House events are communal, welcoming spaces. We expect all guests to treat fellow diners, staff, and venue partners with respect. Momma House reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the event or

compromises the safety and comfort of others, without refund.

 

Photography & Media

Momma House may photograph or record events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in Momma House marketing materials, social media, and website content. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a team member at the event.

Guests are welcome to photograph their own dining experience and share on social media. We simply ask that you tag us @MommaHouseOrlando — we love seeing your experience through your eyes.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Momma House website — including text, images, logos, branding, and design — is the property of LeCounte Designs LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Momma House and LeCounte Designs LLC are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from attendance at our events, except where caused by our gross negligence. By attending, you agree to release Momma House from any claims related to your participation in our events.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be

resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
